Debussy: Sonate en trio, for flute, viola & harp, L. 137

At work, I sometimes have Pandora streaming classical music.  A while back, I created a Claude Debussy channel and this work popped up.  A beautiful piece and it reminds me of his Sacred and Profane Danses.

Hope you enjoy.

    1. How cool is that! Have you played the Sacred and Profane Danses? Harpists must love C.D. Where can people watch your performances? Any youtube links? Thanks for commenting.

      1. I haven’t played the Sacred and Profane Danses yet, but I believe it’s on my teacher’s “to learn” list! I’ve got one video on youtube at the moment, was supposed to upload more over the holidays but they take so long to upload! Anyway, here is First Arabesque by C.D: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=7OlRrln40pA Enjoy!

      2. Thanks for posting the youtube performance. I can’t see the video but can hear the music. I didn’t know that was the name of this piece and it’s wonderful to hear it on the harp. Beautiful!
